Did Ubisoft get bought by Zynga?

Great game, really. I love it. And I appreciate how much it has evolved over time. But the ads in this latest update are ridiculous. I get that you want to make money and I dont begrudge the in-app purchase options...but 4-6 pop up scrolling bait windows before you can enter a new map on a game that I paid up front for? Thats beneath you. You should rename it Farmville Pirates. Shame on you.
